This product is very good at quality and durable. I've used it to cut vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, cucumbers as well as hard cheese. In the three and a half months I have had this I have cut three or four roast beef for sandwiches I've cut Frozen steaks I've cut raw meat and sandwich meat. I have had no problem cutting any of these items. As long as you don't try to force it it seems to cut through anything. It's super easy to clean it takes me roughly 10 minutes where it took me 45 minutes to do one of commercial grade. It's lightweight and much easier to store than the other I had. Knowing what I know now I would buy it again. With minimal care and caution this should last a long time. Greatly satisfied with the product and the manufacturer.

I'm having so much fun with this. Very easy to slice meat, good quality for the price! Finally found a good meat slicer supplier, they are very professional!!!
